Schedule of Condition – Industrial Premises, Redditch

Acting for the incoming Tenant, we recorded the condition of four commercial warehouse buildings of circa 75,000 sq ft on a 3.31 acre site prior to the completion of a commercial lease. The purpose of the schedule was to help limit the Tenant’s repairing obligations to minimise the risk of potential future dilapidations claims.

Completed within one week of instruction to assist with client timescales.
